How I Use AI To Write Content

That I'm Happy To Put My Name On

In My Own Business

My 'Secret' Personal System & GPT

Most AI Content has a weird 'smell' now

You know exactly what I mean - that over-polished, over-structured and annoyingly enthusiastic tone, not to mention that it looks like it got an 'em dash' and bullet point set for Christmas.

And even when the information is technically fine, something still feels a bit squiffy about it

And the big problem is that your readers can feel it too.

Even if they can't explain WHY they stopped reading your email or PDF, or why they feel slightly bugged at you for using AI

That’s the part that was bothering me, and the reason why I started working on a way that would make AI content NOT sound like AI content

That eventually became The ECHO Strategy.

So I Built A Process To Strip The Weirdness Out Of It

When AI first appeared I said I'd never use it in my actual writing.

And mostly that's still true.

Because back in the day AI wrote bloody awful content.

I mean it had the personality of a boiled rock and you could spot it a mile off.

I tried it and it was so bad I just couldn't put my name on it.

So I left it alone in terms of content and just used it for other things - research, lists, graphics, images like the one on this page, even coding.

Just not content - not emails, articles, posts, publications

Then a while back I returned to check out the AI writing side of things again. It had gotten a little better but nothing to write home about (no pun intended ;) and it still wasn't great.

So What Exactly Is The ECHO Strategy?

It’s the system I built for myself to strip the obvious AI fingerprints out of generated content before it gets anywhere near customers.

Not by rewriting everything from scratch or trying “beat AI detectors” or any of that nonsense.

(This is about my business remember, so all that matters is the result)

It’s about making AI-assisted content stop feeling artificial.

Because right now most people are unknowingly publishing content filled with patterns that readers subconsciously react against.

The weird cadence, the over-polished phrasing, the fake excitement.

Yeah well that's what I wanted to get rid of with my AI generated content and not use again...

The sort of copy that technically reads fine...but somehow still feels wrong.

The ECHO Strategy is the process I personally use to catch those patterns, that weirdness, and 'person them up' before publishing.

Because once you see these patterns properly, you start spotting them EVERYWHERE.

Emails.
Sales pages.
Lead magnets.
Twitter threads.
Blog posts.
Even paid ads.

You suddenly realise how much AI content online still sounds like AI.

That’s why this isn’t really about prompts.

It’s about developing an eye for the stuff that breaks trust

And once you learn that...

...your content immediately starts feeling more human.

More natural and believable.

Which usually means people actually keep reading it.

And let's be bloody honest here - if people keep reading your stuff in whatever form, you're going to make more money, right?

That's why I created this.

What You're Actually Getting

>> The Full ECHO Strategy PDF

A concise, no-fluff 36-page PDF walkthrough of the exact process I use in my own business to turn rough AI-assisted drafts into content I’m actually comfortable publishing.

We're talking the real-world process I personally use for:

>> Emails
>> Sales copy
>> PDF guides
>> Products
>> Posts
>> ...and longer-form content

Including real examples showing the progression from raw AI output to finished 'humanised' copy.

You’ll see exactly what changes, the difference it makes and how the final version ends up sounding dramatically more natural.

>> Access To My GPT

This is the actual GPT I use myself.

Not a stripped-down or 'lite' copy - the full fat version

I'll be honest, it's not complicated although it did take some time for me to get to where it is now

So yes it's the actual GPT I use myself

You can use my version immediately or use the included instructions to build and customise your own. I give you the full instructions you need to build your own GPT if you wish (optional)

>> Real Screenshots From Real Usage

So you can immediately understand how the system works so you can replicate it in your own business if you want.

And no, this doesn’t magically replace good writing.

It’s not some fully automated “push button” AI machine - it’s three steps and a bit of copy/paste.

That’s it.

But it’s the best system I’ve personally found for making AI-assisted content feel dramatically more human.

It's deliberately simple because simple is what I know I'll actually use.

P.S. Maybe I’m wrong.

Maybe readers DON’T notice AI-generated writing yet.

But I think they do - I think people can feel when content has that slightly artificial “AI sheen” to it now, even if they can’t explain why.

That’s the entire reason I built The ECHO Strategy.
