A quick message from Tony Shepherd...
Let me ask you something.
If you looked at everything you did in your business last week…
every task, every email, every bit of writing, admin, research, decisions…
How much of it genuinely needed
you?
Your judgement, your voice, your 'human' bits?
And how much of it… frankly… shouldn’t still be on your plate?
My guesss is less than you think.
But also probably more than the AI evangelists would have you believe.
And that’s where most AI advice goes wrong.
It treats this like a choice between extremes.
Either hand everything to machines or cling to doing everything yourself because “that’s what makes it authentic.”
It's all bollocks - because the
real game (the profitable game) is balance.
Using AI where it does stuff that you can see results from
So you can keep doing the things that makes the business
yours.Knowing what to automate, what to
augment (very powerful concept that particular chappie!), and what should definitely stay human.
That balance matters.
Because done well, AI doesn’t replace what makes your business valuable, it amplifies it.
It makes it stand out - like Spinal Tap with a sock down the pants, or turning it up to 11
That’s what this is about.
Not automating for the sake of it.Not bolting AI onto your business just because everyone else is.
But finding the point where 'that technology' makes you more profitable, more effective and maybe a little more free…
(But without losing the human edge that got you here)
That’s what I built this around.
