A few months back I released a new product to my list...

In-house only, nothing out of the ordinary.

It made a little under $12k in the first 24 hours which I was fine with

And then I'd realised I'd shot myself in the foot from a strategy point of view...

"The model that's worked for years"


If you know anything about me as a product creator you'll know that for the past several years I've successfully used the strategy of opening just one of my products at any given time, usually for 24-48 hours and then closing it again

Any marketer reading this will instantly see that this is a scarcity tactic, with the brief 'open' period being used to replicate the urgency of a launch. 

And it works well.

I use genuine timers, and always close the offer when the timer period had ended, and then open a different product next time.

I make an easy six figures a year doing this and have done for years.

But I'm changing that approach this year.

Is it not working any more?

Yep - works fine still.

So why change a model that brings me six figures a year working three, maybe four hours a day?

Because I can see something coming that might change all that and because of that I'm redesigning my business.

I'll show you exactly what that is...

Because recently I realised that a lot of people who follow my work and buy my products might be very interested in the thinking behind what decisions I make when I'm creating products, building strategies and especially when I'm updating my business like I am now 2026 is here

And more than that, the planning, the decisions I make, the strategies I use are always...always...kept private until a change has been made, a strategy has been developed or a product has been launched.

Over the years, the only thing that any of my readers have seen has been my finished work - ideas once they’re polished, positioned, and ready to go public.

What I haven’t shared much is the part before that.

The thinking.

The uncertainty.

The decisions that I make

The strategies I build from the ground up

How stuff actually takes shape, ideas form and what goes wrong...

And all that (including the examples on this page) is precisely the sort of strategising, decision-making and planning that I'll be sharing throughout the whole of 2026
